Job Description: Job Title: Software Engineer, AI Platform Role Summary: Senior-level engineer responsible for designing and building foundational AI platform systems that enable all product and agent teams. Developes multi-model integration, context management, evaluation tooling, and SDKs to support autonomous, high‑stakes AI workloads. Expectations: - 5+ years of back‑end engineering, 1+ year in AI/ML systems. - Proven technical leadership and cross‑team collaboration. - Full ownership of problem solving in ambiguous, fast‑moving context. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement platform‑level abstractions for context management, session state, and memory. - Build infrastructure for rapid deployment, routing, and selection of foundation models across multiple providers. - Develop deterministic evaluation frameworks and tooling for continuous AI quality monitoring. - Create and maintain SDKs, platform primitives, and developer tooling to accelerate product‑team AI feature delivery. - Partner with product engineering, PM, and design to deliver cutting‑edge AI products. - Prototype and integrate emerging agentic AI techniques, ensuring reliability for high‑stakes domains. Required Skills: - Strong backend engineering (services, APIs, distributed systems). - Experience shipping production AI infrastructures and multi‑model pipelines. - Knowledge of context, session, or memory management in AI or distributed contexts. - Track record of building internal platforms or SDKs that are widely adopted. - Excellent judgment on abstractions, pragmatic incremental delivery. - Passion for agentic AI and autonomous system reliability. - Self‑starter – navigate ambiguity, take ownership without a defined roadmap. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud, AI/ML) are a plus but not mandatory.
