**Job Title** Client Development Director – ServiceNow Technology **Role Summary** Drive strategic growth of the ServiceNow consulting portfolio by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities. Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions, industry trends, and Pioneer’s capabilities to secure long‑term engagements and achieve revenue and margin targets. **Expectations** - Build and maintain a robust, health‑tracked pipeline of ServiceNow consulting opportunities. - Achieve quarterly revenue and margin goals through proactive deal building. - Establish Pioneer as the preferred ServiceNow partner in target accounts. - Deliver high‑impact proposals and presentations that articulate clear ROI. - Strengthen the internal ecosystem by partnering with ServiceNow sales reps, delivery leads, and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify high‑potential client segments and conduct market research to uncover ServiceNow‑related needs. 2. Lead discovery and needs‑assessment sessions with existing and prospective clients, translating objectives into tailored ServiceNow solutions. 3. Collaborate with ServiceNow delivery and practice experts to co‑design solutions and craft compelling value propositions. 4. Develop, refine, and present proposals, pitches, and ROI analyses to decision‑makers. 5. Manage the full sales cycle—lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing—using the Pioneer CRM. 6. Build enduring relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations and within the ServiceNow ecosystem (sales reps, account executives, partners). 7. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and product enhancements to inform strategy and sales positioning. 8. Participate in professional networking, industry events, and conferences to raise Pioneer’s ServiceNow brand awareness. **Required Skills** - Strategic business development & account management in IT services. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow product suite, modules, and integration scenarios. - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high‑value deals. - Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. - Excellent relationship building with C‑level and technical decision‑makers. - Data‑driven pipeline management and proficiency with CRM platforms. - Business acumen across multiple IT service models and industry verticals. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 8+ years of business development experience in IT consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar platforms. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Application Developer) preferred but not mandatory.
