Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst 4 Role Summary: Lead program business analyst for a large-scale IT modernization initiative. Coordinate program-level activities, manage scope, risk, and change, and facilitate collaboration across project, technology, and testing teams in an agile and waterfall environment. Expectations: • 5+ years of senior business analysis experience with matrix management of cross‑functional teams. • Proven track record in scope, requirements, quality, and test management. • Expertise in agile (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall project delivery. • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for project, test, and change tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage program scope, schedule, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. - Facilitate change request briefings, approvals, prioritization, and scope enhancement scheduling. - Conduct Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, reviews, stand‑ups) and support Scrum teams. - Coordinate resources, review tasks, resolve or escalated concerns, and track action items. - Communicate program status to Project Managers, Business Managers, and leadership. - Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within a matrixed stakeholder environment. Required Skills: - Scope & requirements analysis, risk and issue management, change control. - Agile and waterfall project management, including Scrum facilitation. - Proficiency with project tracking, test management, and change management tools (Azure DevOps preferred). - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
