Job Description
**Job Title:** Implementation Consultant – French Speaking **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end implementation of CRM and ERP SaaS platforms for medium‑sized clients (5–500 users). Responsible for gathering requirements, designing specifications, coordinating cross‑functional teams, delivering training, and ensuring projects stay within scope, schedule and client expectations. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of billable SaaS implementation experience. - Bilingual – fluent in English and French; Dutch proficiency is a plus. - Basic understanding of financial/accounting concepts. - Willingness to travel 10–20 % to client sites. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct requirement workshops and document functional specifications. - Design integration requirements and produce detailed developer specs. - Create and manage project plans, agendas, and task follow‑ups; elevate issues to Project Manager and leadership. - Lead stakeholder and end‑user training on configuration and usage. - Support clients throughout onboarding, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. **Required Skills** - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment. - Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability. - Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations (CRM/ERP). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (business, computer science, information systems or related field). - Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or SaaS implementation are an advantage.
