Job Description
**Job Title**: Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary**: Maintain, administer, and optimize a secure, scalable Salesforce platform that aligns with business goals. Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and efficient system performance. **Expectations**: - Resolve escalated Salesforce incidents for internal users. - Provide technical support to business users and internal teams. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Participate in on‑call rotations and work outside normal business hours as required. - Maintain documentation and comply with company policies, standard methodologies, and cloud infrastructure guidelines. **Key Responsibilities**: - Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce incidents and escalations. - Manage data integrity, security standards, and actionable analytics. - Advise on best practices, new features, and emerging technologies. - Create and update internal and end‑user documentation. - Monitor production environment for availability, stability, and performance; perform configuration and tuning. - Participate in rotational on‑call schedule and respond to off‑hour requests. - Communicate with Technology teams and Business Partners to ensure alignment. **Required Skills**: - Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce Administration. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. - Strong verbal and written communication; capable of explaining technical details to non‑technical stakeholders. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to produce detailed reports and user manuals. **Required Education & Certifications**: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred). - ITIL and SAFe Agile experience (preferred).
