Job Description
Job Title Associate, Special Markets & Partner Activation Role Summary Responsible for the end‑to‑end operational setup and coordination of new partnership launches across National Sales, TPA, and Special Markets channels. Acts as the internal project manager for partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless onboarding, cross‑team alignment, and timely execution while freeing senior sales leaders to focus on client engagement. Expectations - Deliver new partnership setups on schedule with full operational compliance. - Maintain visibility of partnership pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Ensure all internal dependencies are tracked and resolved, resulting in a smooth partner onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update the partnership pipeline, prioritizing tasks and resources. - Host monthly partnership review calls with internal stakeholders to review status, priorities, and upcoming launches. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Rev Ops, Investment Ops, Billing, etc.) to execute partnership setup. - Serve as project manager for partnerships outside the scope of the dedicated Project Management team. - Support sales representatives by handling operational and administrative coordination during partner onboarding. - Track and complete all operational dependencies to ensure seamless partner activation. Required Skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proven project management or operations experience (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency with Salesforce and/or Asana (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Stakeholder coordination across multiple functions. - Detail‑oriented, proactive self‑starter with problem‑solving mindset. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Recent graduates encouraged; no additional certifications required.
