Job Description
**Job title:** Information Technology System Engineer **Role Summary:** Support and maintain a cloud-first IT infrastructure for a fast‑growing digital media organization, resolving end‑user issues, performing system administration, and driving modernization initiatives. **Expactations:** - Deliver timely, high‑quality support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. - Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and documentation of processes. - Collaborate with internal teams on cloud, security, and automation projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve day‑to‑day user support tickets for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. - Handle onboarding/offboarding: account setup, access configuration, and security controls. - Install & patch software, manage Azure Entra, Intune, Google Workspace, and other SaaS apps. - Support laptops, printers, and video‑conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Poly). - Document system administration tasks, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. - Identify and implement technology improvements, security adjustments, and automation. - Coordinate with network teams for Wi‑Fi, switches, and firewalls. - Support backup, DR, VOIP, and collaboration tools (Mimecast, Microsoft Teams). **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of IT support experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud (Entra, Intune, Azure). - Endpoint setup/configuration on Windows 10/11 and macOS. - Google Workspace administration. - Troubleshooting, research, and self‑learning orientation. - Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Workspace Administrator). No specific degree required.
