Job Description

Job Title: Data Scientist Role Summary Data Scientist responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI and ML pipelines within an enterprise environment. Works on cloud-based data platforms (Azure Databricks) and large-scale Spark workloads, delivering actionable insights via dashboards and predictive models. Expactations - Deliver full‑stack data solutions on PySpark, SQL, and Python. - Apply generative AI and NLP techniques to create value‑adding models. - Lead ML Ops and model deployment, ensuring reliability and performance. - Communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Develop, validate, and tune machine learning models (forecasting, classification, clustering) using scikit‑learn, pandas, and PySpark. - Perform feature engineering, data cleansing, and quality assurance across structured and unstructured datasets. - Design and maintain Azure Databricks pipelines and Power BI dashboards; troubleshoot and resolve dashboard errors. - Conduct statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design to uncover actionable insights. - Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to define data models and optimize workflows. - Adopt and promote best practices in ML Ops, data governance, and model monitoring. - Interpret complex datasets, identify root causes, and produce clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
