Job Title: Data Analyst Role Summary: Leverage syndicated market data and internal datasets to create actionable insights, design and maintain Power BI dashboards, and support cross‑functional teams through data validation, UAT, and training. Expactations: * Analyze and validate datasets from Nielsen, Amazon, and Profitero. * Build and maintain Power BI reports and SharePoint documentation for end‑user training. * Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, track progress in JIRA, and ensure timely delivery of analytical artifacts. * Conduct user acceptance testing and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Extract, transform, and load syndicated and internal data for analysis. * Design, develop, and publish Power BI dashboards and reports. * Create SharePoint documentation pages to support user training and knowledge management. * Participate in Scrum meetings, provide sprint updates, and manage backlog items in JIRA. * Validate data accuracy, perform UAT, and resolve data discrepancies. * Train users on reporting tools and best practices. * Collaborate with cross‑cultural teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
