**Job Title:** Cyber Security Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Lead product and platform security initiatives across the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443 and SDL v2 standards. Drive risk assessments, threat modeling, and secure architecture design while serving as the subject‑matter expert for R&D, product, and cloud teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end security compliance for digital products within certification timelines.
- Maintain continuous security hygiene through automated scanning, secure coding reviews, and pre‑penetration validations.
- Act as the primary security liaison for cross‑functional teams, translating complex threats into actionable guidance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and enact IT/OT security requirements for new and existing products.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and analyze PenTest outcomes to prioritize mitigations.
- Execute SDL v2 activities, including secure design, code reviews, SAST/DAST tool management, and artifact production.
- Validate pre‑penetration test controls and document findings.
- Advise R&D, product, and architecture teams on secure design, API security, cloud security, PKI, authentication, and encryption.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support incident‑response planning.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Cloud teams to embed security early in the development process.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years cybersecurity experience, preferably within R&D or product security.
- Expertise in IEC 62443, ISA certification advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of OSC/OT, cloud, APIs, IoT, and secure architecture.
- Proficiency with OWASP, DevSecOps practices, and SAST/DAST tools (Coverity, Black Duck, SonarQube).
- Solid understanding of cryptography, PKI, identity/authentication, and API security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to advise technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications: ISA/IEC 62443 (preferred), SOC II, CISSP, or similar; additional cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS CISSP, GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer) are advantageous.
