Will design, develop, and optimize reporter assays in human and rodent mammalian cell systems, including iPSC and primary cell cultures. Executes 2D, 3D, spheroid, and organoid in vitro assays, performing flow cytometry, cell sorting, qPCR, and immunocytochemistry. Generates clear technical documentation and collaborates with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, reproducible assays that meet industry standards. Maintain rigorous data integrity and documentation. Communicate experimental progress clearly to scientific and business stakeholders. Adapt to evolving project requirements while meeting timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, validate, and optimize reporter assays for mammalian cell lines, iPSC, and primary cultures.
- Conduct flow cytometry and cell sorting experiments; analyze data with appropriate software.
- Perform quantitative PCR, immunocytochemistry, and related molecular assays.
- Develop and run in‑vitro cell‑based assays in 2D, 3D, spheroid, and organoid systems.
- Document protocol development, experimental data, and assay performance metrics.
- Collaborate with scientific and business teams to define assay objectives and deliver results.
- Maintain laboratory organization, safety compliance, and quality record keeping.
Required Skills:
- Proficient mammalian cell culture (human, rodent, stem, primary).
- Reporter assay design and optimization to industry standards.
- Flow cytometry, cell sorting, qPCR, and immunocytochemistry techniques.
- Experience with 2D/3D, spheroid, and organoid assay systems.
