**Job title** Nurse Practitioner (Contract) **Role Summary** Provide diagnostic‑driven telehealth care via phone/video, delivering comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and patient education in compliance with state telemedicine regulations. **Expectations** - Maintain a valid Nurse Practitioner license in at least 15 states. - Hold a Master’s degree in Nursing or related field. - Minimum of 2 years experience as an NP; 1 + year telehealth experience preferred. - Enrolled with Medicare is strongly preferred. - Utilize critical thinking to manage virtual patient encounters independently. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic test reviews. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Provide education on health promotion, disease prevention, and self‑care. - Document clinical details accurately and consistently. - Adhere to state telemedicine regulatory guidelines. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team via virtual platforms. - Update and maintain flow‑in care protocols and best‑practice guidelines. **Required Skills** - Telehealth communication proficiency (phone, video, EMR). - Strong anatomical, physiological, and pathophysiological knowledge. - Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and formulate care plans. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making. - Patient‑centered counseling and education techniques. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. - Active Nurse Practitioner license in required states (minimum 15). - Ongoing licensure renewal and continuing education compliance.
