**Role Summary**
10‑week internship for final‑year Master’s students focused on AI‑driven people analytics. Collaborate on pilot projects that automate survey and sentiment analysis, modernize data pipelines, build predictive models for engagement and turnover, and develop real‑time dashboards to inform HR decision‑making.
**Expectations**
- Pursuing a Master’s in Data Science, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Completed coursework/experience in statistics, regression, machine learning, NLP, or AI.
- Able to work onsite three days per week (or hybrid) during the internship period.
- Deliver working prototypes, documentation, and actionable insights; present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Automate people‑analytics workflows using AI (e.g., sentiment analysis from open‑text surveys).
- Modernize data ingestion, cleaning, and integration from HR systems, surveys, and engagement platforms.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models (regression, clustering, NLP) for engagement, turnover, and workforce performance.
- Create auto‑refresh dashboards to highlight people‑trends for HR partners and leaders.
- Experiment with generative‑AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to automate report generation and produce executive‑ready narratives.
- Develop “how‑to” documentation and reusable scripts to streamline future analysis and automation initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Programming: Python, SQL.
- Data visualization: Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Machine learning: regression, clustering, NLP, AI fundamentals.
- Tool familiarity: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude (or similar generative AI).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex analytics for non‑technical audiences.
