Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, CSM, HAM, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management. - Gather, analyze, and refine requirements from stakeholders. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform. - Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and user guides. - Conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth. **Job Title** Senior SOC Analyst **Role Summary** Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, focusing on monitoring, incident response, and threat investigation within a Microsoft‑centric environment.
