Focus on ETL/ELT processes rather than platform infrastructure, delivering high‑quality datasets for analytics and reporting. Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end data solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for business stakeholders. Maintain and optimise pipelines, collaborate with data scientists and product teams, and stay current with best practices in data engineering. Lead architecture, tooling, and culture for a new AI‑focused team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to bring AI models from research to production.
