Expectations: - Deliver robust, scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions with minimal downtime. - Drive automation of consumption reporting, client questionnaire generation, invoice scraping, and data extraction using AI/ML when applicable. - Conduct energy audits for tertiary and multi‑occupancy buildings and produce actionable renovation and cost‑saving reports. - Perform feasibility studies for renewable projects (solar PV, biomass, geothermal, etc.). - Mentor junior staff and coordinate freelance developers on key releases. - Participate in the design and rollout of internal audit tools and other company applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own the full lifecycle of Alter Coach: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement. 2. Produce detailed audit reports, cost estimates, and projected energy savings; estimate renovation budgets for building managers. 6. Conduct detailed feasibility studies for renewable energy technologies and assess their integration potential. 7. Oversee external contractors and interns, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines. 8. Contribute to strategic planning, product positioning, and future technology roadmaps. 9. Maintain strict data security, privacy, and compliance standards. Required Skills: - Full‑stack web development (React.js, Node.js, RESTful architecture). - Experience with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery). - Strong scripting and automation abilities (Python/JavaScript). - Ability to implement AI/ML components for data validation and extraction. - Familiarity with IoT concepts and data integration (bonus). - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and persistence. - Clear communication, teamwork, and leadership for supervising freelancers/interns.
