**Job Title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend and cloud-based finance applications. Drive continuous integration, deployment, and quality initiatives while collaborating across engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality code aligned with architectural standards. - Foster automation and process improvements. - Act as a technical advisor to managers and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and enhance client‑service features using object‑oriented languages. - Configure CI/CD pipelines, perform unit testing, and advance test automation. - Participate in architecture discussions, UI/UX prototyping, and technology stack updates. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues with support teams. - Perform code reviews, manage source‑code repositories, and engage in pair programming. - Advise on secure, high‑performance, cost‑effective solutions for finance projects. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years software engineering experience. - Strong backend development in an Agile environment. - Expertise with object‑oriented programming. - Experience building cloud‑based and serverless applications. - SQL knowledge. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience (master’s degree preferred). - No mandatory certifications required.
