Job Title: Junior Business Analyst Role Summary: Translate complex mortgage processes into clear, platform-agnostic business rules and AI training materials. Ensure consistent application of business logic across all AI platforms, support iterative model updates, and maintain comprehensive documentation and testing. Expectations: - Deliver precise business rule documentation and decision trees for AI training. - Maintain consistency of rules across every user touchpoint. - Provide ongoing support for AI model refinement and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Document mortgage business rules, decision trees, and if‑then scenarios. - Map business logic for AI platforms and prepare training materials. - Iteratively train AI models using documented rules and test outputs on all platforms. - Ensure consistent business rules across all customer touchpoints. - Support continuous AI learning by documenting incremental business rule changes. - Analyze mortgage workflows and identify decision points. - Create and maintain a business logic data dictionary and rules repository. - Develop test scenarios and support UAT/QA of business logic implementation. Required Skills: - Proficient in documenting business logic and creating process flows. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to break down complex rules into logical components. - Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio. - Understanding of mortgage concepts and industry terminology. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
