Head of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead global marketing strategy and execution for a high‑growth B2B SaaS enterprise security platform. Own demand generation, brand positioning, and partner‑enablement to drive MQL, SQL, and revenue targets. Manage a large, multidisciplinary marketing organization and collaborate closely with Sales to deliver measurable pipeline growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, communicate, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across demand generation, brand, digital, ABM, content, channel, and product marketing.
- Own the full funnel pipeline (TOF to revenue) for Commercial, SLED, Enterprise, and Channel segments; leverage analytics, market research, and customer insights to inform tactics and ROI.
- Partner with Sales to launch integrated campaigns that produce clear, measurable pipeline lift and revenue impact.
- Build and refine messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation aligned with product roadmap and sales enablement requirements.
- Design and execute channel‑first co‑marketing programs, enablement materials, and joint campaigns with integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
- Elevate brand presence across all media, ensuring differentiation in crowded, enterprise‑buyer markets.
- Establish and manage marketing budget, define KPIs, track performance regularly, and iterate rapidly for optimization.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high‑performance marketing team that operates efficiently, thrives on ownership, and aligns with corporate objectives.
**Required Skills**
- 5–10+ years of progressive marketing experience; 3+ years leading B2B SaaS marketing teams at scale.
- Proven success scaling marketing organizations and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth in high‑growth, fast‑paced settings.
- Hands‑on expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, digital marketing, ABM, content, channel, and product marketing with demonstrated ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset: set metrics, interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Deep familiarity with growth‑hacking techniques, experimentation frameworks, and agile campaign development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence stakeholders, align cross‑functional teams, and drive high‑level execution.
- Experience building differentiated brands in competitive, crowded markets.
- Knowledge of physical security, IoT, or enterprise SaaS is highly valued but not mandatory.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Advanced marketing or business certifications (e.g., CMO, HubSpot, Google Analytics, ABM certifications) are preferred.
