Job Title: Event Project Manager Intern
Role Summary: Intern in the Sales/Events team responsible for planning and executing B2B and B2C events, from negotiation and invoicing to on-site coordination of housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, and front desk services. Acts as the primary client liaison and ensures seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
Expectations: Strong commercial mindset, meticulous organization, excellent communication, teamwork, client‑centric service, proactive action orientation, resilience under pressure, pricing acumen, spatial optimization skills, adaptability across audiences, and basic financial and negotiation competence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior Event Project Managers with all event stages: pre‑planning, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, maintaining timely communication and managing expectations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, reception) to deliver flawless events.
- Support on‑site event management, troubleshooting, and client relations to guarantee satisfaction.
- Monitor event metrics, collect feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage event documentation, contracts, and financial records.
- Participate in commercial discussions and pricing negotiations to secure profitable arrangements.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and basic financial/price‑setting knowledge.
- Team play, collaboration with multiple departments.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting under pressure.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment (University/College) in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required; knowledge of event planning software is a plus.
