Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Scientist – Agentic AI Specialist **Role Summary:** Lead the design and delivery of advanced agentic AI solutions that translate business challenges into structured data science approaches. Act as the bridge between stakeholders and cutting‑edge AI technologies, driving high‑impact projects within critical data environments. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions that meet business objectives. - Operate autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Stay current with emerging AI research and industry best practices. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and formulate data‑driven problem statements. - Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI models (LLMs, RAG, vector databases) using Python. - Integrate AI solutions into microservice and distributed system architectures. - Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and iterate for continuous improvement. - Document solution architecture, code, and deployment processes. - Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to knowledge sharing. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in Python (including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow). - Expertise in advanced machine learning, deep learning, and large language model techniques. - Hands‑on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI). - Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. - Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems. - Solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD). - Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS/Azure AI Engineer) are a plus but not mandatory.
