Job Description
Job Title: Citrix & Application Delivery Analyst Role Summary: Provide expert support and operational management for Citrix and application delivery environments, ensuring high‑quality end‑user experience for both on‑site and remote users. Expactations: - 7+ years of experience administering Citrix, SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory in on‑premise and cloud (AWS) deployments. - Proven track record in Windows 10/11 and server patch management, including monthly patch execution, testing, implementation, and compliance reporting. - Hands‑on expertise in packaging, configuring, and deploying COTS applications via SCCM and Intune. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Windows desktop and server environments. - Strong communication skills for liaising with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. - Willingness to work independently in a hybrid environment with periodic on‑site duties. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Citrix VDI builds, releases, and security patching; test and promote desktop images across environments. - Script and deploy application packages in Citrix, SCCM, and Intune; support application enhancements and monitoring through Splunk. - Contribute to projects: Intune upgrades, Windows 11 deployments, Citrix design/implementation in AWS, and modernization initiatives. - Conduct line‑of‑business COTS application support, including troubleshooting and vendor configuration changes. - Monitor system performance, triage incidents, and resolve Citrix/Microsoft related issues. - Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to maintain operational stability. Required Skills: - Citrix administration (App Delivery, Provisioning Services, Workspace). - SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server/10/11, Patch Management. - AWS environment familiarity (Citrix in AWS). - Splunk monitoring and reporting. - COTS application packaging and deployment. - Advanced troubleshooting, issue escalation, and incident resolution. - Strong documentation and communication, stakeholder collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) or Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) preferred. - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Windows 10/11 Administration certifications (e.g., MCSA) preferred.
