Job Description: **Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Deliver business analysis expertise to align IT and business units. Focus on requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholders engagement, and solution evaluation to address business problems. **Expectations:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent + 10 years IT experience. - 5+ years business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process modeling. - 2+ years domain experience in IT areas (e.g., Application Development, Project Management). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders. - Conduct business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and solution evaluation. - Lead workflow analysis and implement technology/procedural solutions. - Develop requirements architecture and collaborate on solution design. **Required Skills:** - Business analysis methodologies (planning, stakeholder engagement). - Requirements modeling and lifecycle management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint. - Stakeholder relationship management. - Critical thinking, communication (written/verbal), and presentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent. - IIBA CBAP certification preferred (not required).
