Disconnect and retire legacy telephone hardware. 2. Install, configure, and test new phone units on campus networks. 3. Manage cable deployment, labeling, and asset tracking (model, serial number). 4. Verify voice quality and functionality through systematic testing. 5. Deliver concise training to end‑users on new phone features. 6. Troubleshoot basic handset and cabling issues in‑field. 7. Document deployment progress, generate reports, and communicate updates to project leads. 8. Job Title: Security Analyst Role Summary: 5 + years of recent experience in enterprise cybersecurity and network security, with a focus on incident response, threat detection, and remediation. Owns the analysis and resolution of security incidents via ServiceNow, evaluates emerging threats, and communicates risk to business stakeholders. Expactations: - Respond to security incident tickets within agreed SLAs. - Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements. - Support phishing simulation exercises and Privilege Access Management activities. - Produce risk reports (RMDI), incident logs, and compliance documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incident tickets and provide detailed incident documentation. - Analyze new threat vectors, assess impact, and advise business units. - Perform incident root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Support and report on phishing simulations and privileged access requests. - Create and maintain risk management reports and incident summaries.
