**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Project Manager **Role Summary:** Proactive leader to manage strategic IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with governance and technical standards. **Expectations:** Minimum 7 years in IT project management with infrastructure focus; demonstrated expertise in technology, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee multiple IT infrastructure projects (networks, servers, storage, security, cloud). - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project execution. - Monitor and resolve risks, change requests, and operational challenges. - Ensure compliance with governance, security policies, and industry best practices. - Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership through meetings and reports. - Facilitate project workshops, committees, and team engagement activities. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, servers, storage, security, cloud). - Leadership to unify teams, drive initiatives, and foster collaboration. - Expertise in project management methodologies (agile, waterfall). - Excellent communication, organizational, and change management capabilities. - Experience in hybrid work environments. - Proficiency in stakeholder management and risk analysis. - Bilingual (French/English) for external communications. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
