Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Scrum Master Role Summary: Senior Scrum Master responsible for leading multiple Agile teams delivering complex, enterprise‑level financial or debt management software. Facilitates all Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, coaches Product Owners, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. Job Title: DevOps Engineer – CloudOps Hybrid Role Summary: Design, deploy, and secure hybrid cloud data pipelines that move data between Kafka, PostgreSQL, and S3. Ensure end‑to‑end observability with OpenTelemetry, enforce strict role‑based access controls, and maintain high availability and compliance with FedRAMP, HIPAA, and SOC2 standards. Work closely with developers, security teams, and delivery leads to streamline CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Expectations: — Maintain secure, observable data flows in a hybrid cloud architecture. — Deploy and validate OpenTelemetry for logs, metrics, and traces. — Enforce security best practices for data in transit and at rest. — Coordinate user provisioning and role management across stakeholders. — Drive continuous improvement of pipelines, scalability, and performance.
