Job Description
**Job Title:** Android Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Material 3. Collaborate within Agile squads to translate business requirements into clean, testable code while ensuring reliability, scalability, and adherence to UI/UX standards. **Expectations:** - Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Android development. - Proven mastery of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK. - Strong experience with RESTful API integration, unit testing (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to write maintainable, well‑structured code and conduct effective refactoring. - Active participation in Agile/Scrum processes and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert functional specifications into high‑quality Kotlin code. - Design, implement, and optimize Android UI using Jetpack Compose and Material 3. - Integrate third‑party libraries and backend services via RESTful APIs. - Write and maintain unit tests, handle edge cases, and ensure application reliability. - Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply fixes. - Uphold code quality standards through code reviews, static analysis (SonarQube, Fortify), and automation. - Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. - Mentor team members and share best practices in pair programming and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Kotlin (expert) and Android SDK. - Jetpack Compose, Material 3, and Android UI/UX guidelines. - Test‑Driven Development, unit testing, and reliability testing. - RESTful API consumption and third‑party library integration. - Version control (Git/SVN), GitLab, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and static analysis (SonarQube, Fortify). - Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence). - Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities. - (Nice to have) Docker, containerization, Groovy, advanced Scrum experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, **or** equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Android Development, Kotlin) are a plus but not mandatory.

Job Title: Product Owner Role Summary: Drive the end-to-end delivery of secure customer interaction initiatives within an Agile framework, translating business strategy into product vision, backlog, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and IT requirements. Expectations: - Own initiative scope, success KPIs, and budget; deliver value to BNP Group and stakeholders. - Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog and validated roadmap. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CPO, architects, security, regulatory, risk, IT) and communicate status, risks, and ROI to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Define initiative scope, product vision, strategy, and success metrics. - Capture, prioritize, and manage Opus and initiative backlog items. - Propose and manage a validated delivery roadmap. - Coordinate with CPO, squads, architects, security, regulatory, risk, and IT teams. - Coach and support Product Owners/Opus Owners during ideation and refinement. - Align with BNP Group Opti‑Channel strategy and governance. - Monitor delivery progress, quality, risks, dependencies, and KPIs. - Prepare and control initiative budgets in SAP; track spend vs. budget. - Report status, risks, and value delivery to middle and senior management, including C‑level executives. Required Skills: - Strong Agile mindset and experience in Agile delivery environments. - Program and project management expertise (strategy, budget, timelines, dependencies). - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. - Analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving abilities. - Technical and functional understanding to work with architects and development teams. - Customer‑centric business acumen. - Fluency in Dutch and French; strong command of English. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, PMI‑ACP) preferred. - Knowledge of PRINCE2, ITIL, or ADKAR frameworks is an advantage.
