Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs that enable AI‑enabled enterprise applications in a cloud‑native AWS environment. Expectations: • 7+ years of software engineering experience (backend focused). • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Proven record of delivering reliable, secure, and observable cloud services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs supporting AI‑enabled applications. 2. Build cloud‑native services with an emphasis on reliability, security, and observability. 3. Integrate distributed systems and microservices within AWS‑based environments. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application and infrastructure layers. 5. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, ops) to deliver production‑ready software. Required Skills: • Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch). • Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation. • Strong debugging, observability, and security best practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar) are highly preferred.
