**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Drive adoption, retention, and growth for large enterprise customers by acting as the primary post‑sale advocate for the platform. Utilize deep product knowledge and industry insight to create strategic success plans, monitor health metrics, and partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. **Expectations** - Achieve high customer satisfaction and low churn rates. - Increase product utilization and uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Demonstrate ROI and strategic value of the platform to executive sponsors. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end customer lifecycle for high‑value accounts. - Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer sponsors. - Create and document strategic success plans aligned with customer goals. - Identify adoption opportunities and retention risks; coordinate cross‑functional actions. - Track, report, and benchmark adoption milestones, providing executive visibility. - Champion product features and recommend solutions that drive business results. - Design metrics to measure ROI and value delivery. - Capture timely data and documentation in internal systems to support data‑driven decisions. - Collaborate with sales to identify upsell/cross‑sell prospects and align on value propositions. - Partner with technical teams to develop and execute technical success plans. - Work with marketing to produce customer advocacy materials and case studies. - Lead customer meetings with clear agendas and deliverables. **Required Skills** - Strong account management and customer relationship skills. - Strategic planning and consulting mindset. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Data‑driven decision making; ability to analyze adoption metrics and translate insights into actions. - Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, technical, and executive teams. - Familiarity with SaaS or data‑management platforms is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SaaS Customer Success, or Product Management) preferred but not mandatory.
