Job Title: Infrastructure Development Engineer Role Summary: Design, automate, and scale datacenter infrastructure services for bare‑metal, virtualization, and cloud‑adjacent platforms, ensuring reliable, self‑service provisioning from hardware to production services. Expectations: - Directly contracted by the client on their payroll. - Full‑time, 40‑hour weeks, starting 16 March 2026 with a 6‑month term and potential extension. - No sponsorship offered. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain Python‑based automation for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and self‑service workflows. 2. Automate operational tasks such as imaging, deployments, health checks, and remediation, reducing manual effort. 3. Job title: Order Management Specialist Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end purchase order (PO) lifecycle for hardware products, ensuring accurate creation, modification, receipt, and closure of POs in alignment with forecast, MPS, and inventory positioning. Act as the central point of accountability for all open orders across supplier and retailer networks, maintain visibility into supplier performance, and lead backlog cleanup to free committed funds. Expactations: - Immediately audit and eliminate open PO backlog from 2024‑2025. - Maintain a real‑time, centralized view of open orders, inventory levels, and supplier commitments. - Identify and flag risks such as stale POs, forecast‑budget misalignments, and fund‑tie‑ups. - Partner with Hardware Business Systems and SDM teams to transition from manual to automated weekly POs, defining requirements and documenting enhancements. - Contribute to Oracle ERP process improvements and automated reporting.
