Job Title: Social Media Manager
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end content strategy and execution for a high‑growth AI SaaS platform, creating and distributing engaging posts across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube while leveraging AI tools for rapid visual production and data‑driven iteration.
Expactations:
- Demonstrate measurable growth in reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Deliver weekly experimental content ideas that align with brand voice and product goals.
- Use analytics to refine messaging and formats, driving conversion from content to demo requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, design, and publish daily social posts across all primary channels.
- Produce AI‑generated visuals (Midjourney, DALL‑E, Runway, Descript) and graphics in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Spot trending formats, hack viral hooks, and pitch 5–10 content experiments per week.
- Engage community: respond to comments, surface user stories, and convert conversations into content stories and qualified leads.
- Track metrics (reach, saves, shares, demo requests), run A/B tests, and double down on high‑performance tactics.
- Maintain brand tone—punchy, helpful, mischievous—consistent across all content.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years managing social for SaaS, creator brand, or media account with documented growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe (affecting Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience prompting AI image/video tools (Midjourney, DALL‑E, Runway, Descript).
- Strong copywriting for cold‑email hooks, LinkedIn carousels, and 60‑second reels with clear CTAs.
- Data‑driven mindset: comfort with A/B testing, metrics, and iterative content strategy.
- Comfortable managing multiple formats and rapid content production cycles.
Bonus:
- Background in B2B sales, lead generation, or growth‑hacking communities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
