**Job title** Project Support Analyst **Role Summary** Provide operational and analytical support to the Project Compliance Team for the Mandatory Reliability Standards (MRS) program, acting as the primary liaison for the compliance inbox, workflow monitoring, and data integrity. **Expactations** - Respond to all compliance inbox inquiries with same‑day acknowledgement. - Maintain high‑accuracy tracking systems for MRS project submissions. - Resolve technical issues in PPM queues and Excel tools proactively. - Advise on charge code initiation, audit trails, and cross‑charging accuracy. - Participate in UAT and sustainment meetings, documenting findings and updates. **Key Responsibilities** - **Compliance Inbox & Communication Management** – Manage Outlook rules, filing structures, triage and escalation of incoming messages, and maintain standardized email templates. - **PPM Workflow Monitoring** – Update the MRS Project Review Tracking spreadsheet and SharePoint Doc Sets; audit reviewer tagging and macro‑enabled Excel links; troubleshoot link/attachment errors and communicate corrective actions. - **Technical Triage of MRS Applicability Tools** – Review tool submissions for completeness and logical consistency, identify anomalies, lead weekly “No‑Tool” triage meetings, and track/non‑responsive projects. - **Charge Code Administration** – Initiate and monitor charge codes, document audit trails, resolve coding errors, and ensure successful monthly cross‑charging. - **System Sustainment & Meeting Support** – Participate in UAT scripts, document outcomes, provide status updates, and support advisor meetings through note‑taking and scheduling. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Compliance Support roles (utility or highly regulated environments preferred). - Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook (rules, folders, templates). - Advanced MS Excel (macro‑enabled workbooks). - Experience with SharePoint Doc Sets and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems. - Strong analytical skills: identify inconsistencies in technical documents and data sets. - Exceptional written communication for coordinating with stakeholders. - Ability to manage a high‑volume inbox and multiple tracking spreadsheets simultaneously with accuracy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Library Archives & Records Management, Business Administration, Commerce (major in Computer Science or Business), or equivalent combination of education and experience. ---
