Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (M/F)
Role Summary
Lead the full analytical cycle for marketing in a digital‑first, data‑driven environment. Work cross‑functionally with product, design, CRM, and engineering teams to collect, analyze, model, and act on customer behavior data, driving optimization of acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
Expectations
- Minimum 3 years of professional marketing analytics or CRM analysis experience (excluding internships).
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategy.
- Strong command of analytics tools and data technologies, with experience in A/B testing, statistical inference, and data quality management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analytical Cycle & Performance
- Drive end‑to‑end marketing analytics, from data gathering to actionable insights.
- Identify acquisition trends, friction points, and quantify opportunities.
- Monitor consumer behaviors: navigation, engagement, abandonment, conversion, retention.
- Define North Star metrics, primary KPIs, and guardrail indicators for campaigns and experiments.
2. Experiments & Testing
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests with rigorous statistical methodology (hypotheses, MDE, power, duration).
- Collaborate with product, design, and UX to test journey and messaging optimizations.
3. Visualization & Reporting
- Build dynamic dashboards in Tableau (and optionally Power BI).
- Deliver regular reports to marketing, communications, and leadership teams, adapting insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.
4. Data Collection & Structure
- Implement and maintain tracking plans using Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure data quality across GA4, Salesforce, BigQuery; perform data reconciliation.
- Develop data models and pipelines with Data Engineering/Science teams.
5. Activation & Automation
- Activate audiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for targeted campaigns.
- Participate in automation scenarios (scoring, nurturing, triggers).
- Optimize campaigns through behavioral analysis and UX recommendations.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency: Tableau (mandatory), Power BI (optional).
- Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, BigQuery.
- SQL and Python expertise for data analysis and manipulation.
- A/B testing experience: hypothesis design, metric selection, statistical analysis.
- Understanding of attribution modeling, predictive modeling, UX analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (beneficial).
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional teams; ability to simplify technical findings for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and collaborative spirit.
Required Education & Certifications
- Minimum Bac +4/5 (Bachelor‑Master level) in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Digital Marketing with technical proficiency.
- Certifications in SQL, Python, Tableau, GA4, or equivalent are a plus.
