Work full‑time within the Material Group, attached to a high‑volume rail project across France. **Expectations** • Full‑time commitment to the Material team under the direction of the company's material management. • Regular travel to the project site (coverage from southern Paris to the Mediterranean). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Participate actively in equipment development to improve site productivity. 2. Follow the commissioning of Trackform (TTx) machines. 3. Manage maintenance of work trains and rail route machines. 4. Lead a maintenance team of 4‑6 staff and/or oversee a maintenance subcontractor. 5. Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for daily and scheduled maintenance tracking. 6. Coordinate daily with the site manager to define and implement improvement objectives. **Required Skills** - Basic computer proficiency. - Experience with CMMS tools. - Mechanical design/production knowledge. - Team leadership and subcontractor management. - Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities. - Willingness to travel within France. **Required Education & Certifications** - DUT/BTS in mechanical engineering or industrial production, **or** - Engineering degree in mechanical design or production. **Experience** - 1–3 years in the railway sector **or** industry, with demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance and commissioning.
