**Job Title:** Corporate Cybersecurity Manager **Role Summary:** Leads the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s cybersecurity architecture, cloud and network security, and security operations. Oversees a 24/7 SOC, drives vulnerability management, and integrates advanced security analytics to protect digital assets and ensure compliance with risk management standards. **Expectations:** - 5‑10 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience, including ≥2 years in a managerial or security architect role. - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Availability for after‑hours incident response as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain a structured security architecture framework. - Implement and enforce cloud security controls and zero‑trust network policies. - Lead the 24/7 SOC, overseeing monitoring, detection, and real‑time incident response. - Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, and penetration testing; drive remediation. - Deploy AI/ML‑enabled security analytics and generate actionable reporting. - Develop and manage a comprehensive data protection program. - Collaborate with business units to embed security into all processes and projects. **Required Skills:** - Expertise with SIEM/XDR, EDR, vulnerability scanning, and threat‑intelligence platforms. - Strong knowledge of zero‑trust architecture, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and networking protocols. - Proficient in scripting/automation (e.g., Python) and familiarity with AI‑driven security solutions. - Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical findings for diverse audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional security certifications.
