Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement a robust database for the annual report campaign using Alteryx. • Develop and automate reporting templates and dashboards in Alteryx. • Propose and establish control mechanisms for data quality and reporting accuracy. • Produce visual analytics and interactive tables for internal stakeholders. • Document end‑to‑end data processes, metadata, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, and reporting. • Experience with business intelligence tools: Business Objects, Power BI (preferred). • Familiarity with HR information systems (SIRH) is a plus. • Strong analytical and data‑interpretation capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (if required). • Methodical, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team.
