Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead or senior Salesforce developer responsible for the full lifecycle of custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform for CMS health‑marketplace initiatives. Oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Lightning components, Apex code, and integrations with Service/Experience Cloud and Tableau CRM. Drive quality, best‑practice adoption, and team mentorship in an Agile environment.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven leadership or senior development role within a Scrum team.
- Strong communication skills for requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and technical documentation.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and influence adherence to coding standards and security practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components using JavaScript, SLDS, and Apex.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Visualforce pages.
- Configure declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and custom objects.
- Architect end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and data migration/integration workflows.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and document technical decisions and naming conventions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, CMS stakeholders, and cross‑functional Agile teams.
- Troubleshoot defects across development, testing, and production, ensuring rapid resolution.
- Mentor and guide team members; potentially manage team assignments and performance.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC & Aura), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, SLDS, Visualforce.
- Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce integration patterns (API, Web Services, Copado).
- Proficient with version control (Git/Github) and Salesforce IDE setups.
- Strong object‑oriented design, data modeling, and security knowledge within Salesforce.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Trailblazer link or cert #).
