Job Description
Job Title: Payroll and Personnel Administration Supervisor (M/F) Role Summary Lead the payroll and personnel administration team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Expectations - Directly supervise and animate a team of payroll managers and HR administrators. - Foster a collaborative, data‑driven culture while championing process integrity. - Deliver quality data management and process compliance across all payroll activities. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily payroll and personnel administration, including time‑capture, corrections, and variable element entry. - Manage payroll schedule execution and ensure data accuracy and compliance with statutory and internal procedures. - Coordinate monthly HR meetings, present HR metrics, and facilitate cross‑functional discussions. - Monitor and analyze HR reporting (KPIs, trend analysis) and implement improvement actions. - Support deployment of new procedures, projects, and audit initiatives across regional sites. - Maintain governance of payroll data security and audit readiness. Required Skills - Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in payroll and HR data analysis. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous process improvement. - Technically adept with payroll systems and related HRIS platforms. - Collaborative approach, adept at influencing stakeholders across functions. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in HR, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in payroll, accounting, audit, or HR administration. - Prior experience in managing a team.
