Job Description

**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer (Junior) **Role Summary:** Design and implement scalable machine learning (ML)/computer vision (CV) systems for agricultural robotics, focusing on training edge ML models using massive datasets from farm-collected imagery. Develop infrastructure for ETL pipelines, active sampling, and model deployment to optimize crop analysis and precision farming. **Expectations:** - 1-3 years of production-grade ML/MLops experience. - Python proficiency and ML framework expertise (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure). **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Build ETL pipelines for processing diverse, large-scale farm image datasets. 2. Develop and monitor end-to-end ML infrastructure (training, evaluation, inference) for cloud and edge deployment. 3. Optimize data collection through active sampling systems to improve model performance. 4. Integrate ML solutions into agricultural robotics and production workflows. 5. Collaborate with agronomists to translate domain expertise into ML features. 6.
