**Job Title:** Finance Business Partner **Role Summary:** Bridge finance and operations in a multi-site manufacturing business to drive performance, strategic decision-making, and financial accuracy. Focus on operational support, financial reporting, and process improvement. **Expectations:** Deliver insights to improve profitability, ensure compliance, and support senior leaders in achieving operational and financial goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with manufacturing sites to provide operational finance reporting. - Analyze KPIs, performance drivers, and cost controls. - Complete month-end and year-end closes with account reconciliations, financial statements, and statutory reporting. - Conduct standard cost revaluations, multi-site stocktakes, and regulatory compliance reviews. - Develop forecasts, prepare capital expenditure requests, and identify process improvement opportunities. **Required Skills:** - Proven operational finance experience in manufacturing. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. - High proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Travel flexibility across UK sites. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA). - Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in operational finance roles. - Demonstrated success in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
