**Job Title:** Informatica IDMC Lead **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and support of Informatica IDMC workflows. Oversee production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis, automation, and migration initiatives. **Expectations:** - Manage end‑to‑end IDMC lifecycle including development, testing, production, and migration activities. - Deliver timely incident resolution and meet predefined SLAs. - Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and automation to maximize data pipeline reliability. - Serve as a technical subject matter expert for ETL production support across Oracle, SQL, and Spark environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor production clusters, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues in Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and shell scripts. - Track incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. - Execute migrations of existing Informatica workflows to IDMC, ensuring schema and code compatibility. - Maintain and update system operation procedures, technical documentation, and performance reports. - Coordinate code deployments and environmental changes across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Prod layers. - Configure session objects, optimize Spark engine settings and manage file descriptors for high‑volume data ingestion. - Utilize Unix/Linux commands, SQL, Python and Shell scripting for automation and performance tuning. - Operate monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow). - Investigate yarn and Spark logs, and fine‑tune resource allocation for distributed processing. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in ETL Production Support with a primary focus on Informatica IDMC. - Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter components and workflow management in the cloud. - Strong SQL knowledge and performance tuning for Oracle databases. - Advanced shell scripting; Python coding for automation. - Experience with Autosys, Splunk, Datadog, Jira, and ServiceNow. - Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and command line utilities. - Familiarity with cloud concepts (YARN, Spark) and log analysis. - Systems monitoring, incident management, and RCA capabilities. - Ability to document procedures and produce performance analytics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Informatica Certified Expert (IDMC/IC–ED) or equivalent certification highly preferred. - Additional certifications in Oracle, SQL performance tuning, or cloud architecture beneficial.
