**Job Title**
Cybersecurity Project Lead (F/M/X)
**Role Summary**
Lead cybersecurity activities across the lifecycle of Alstom’s metro signalling projects. Ensure security requirements are defined, planned, and executed in alignment with contractual obligations and industry standards, while coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining client and vendor communication.
**Expectations**
- Own the planning, cost, and schedule of cybersecurity deliverables within project constraints.
- Define security targets based on contract, best practice, and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering project managers and embedded security teams.
- Validate and coordinate cybersecurity activities for all project team members.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on security matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and maintain a project‑specific cybersecurity plan, including scope, deliverables, and milestones.
2. Manage project budget, timelines, and resource allocation for security tasks.
3. Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments; establish mitigation strategies.
4. Align security requirements with IEC 62443, NIST, LPM, ANSSI hygiene rules, and NIS2 mandates.
5. Oversee cybersecurity reviews and audits of embedded and signalling systems (CBTC exposure preferred).
6. Ensure integration of Alstom’s cybersecurity platform into all project phases.
7. Serve as primary liaison for security-related client and supplier interactions.
8. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training on security practices to project teams.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project management experience (2‑3 years in project leadership, 5+ years overall).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, and risk management.
- Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, LPM, ANSSI hygiene rules, and NIS2.
- Experience with embedded/railroad signalling systems; CBTC knowledge a plus.
- Strong technical acumen, analytical thinking, and operational rigor.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer) desirable.
