Senior Frontend Engineer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance, scalable web applications for a fintech trading and operations platform. Own end‑to‑end solutions that power client‑facing trading dashboards and internal admin interfaces, ensuring clean code, robust architecture, and pixel‑perfect UI implementation.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 6 years of professional frontend experience.
- Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Prior work on enterprise‑grade fintech or trading systems.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and set engineering standards.
- Comfortable with modern tooling: monorepos, pnpm, Nx, Vite/Webpack.
- Able to learn new technologies quickly and contribute across the stack.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the end‑to‑end development of scalable, performant React/Next.js applications.
- Build and maintain client‑facing trading platforms and internal admin dashboards.
- Integrate with GraphQL APIs, real‑time subscriptions, and internal SDKs.
- Translate Figma mockups into responsive, pixel‑perfect components.
- Contribute to a shared component library (Material‑UI based).
- Implement advanced state management using React Query or Redux Toolkit.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright).
- Optimize application performance for real‑time data, large datasets, and complex UI interactions.
- Enforce frontend best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates.
- Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable features.
**Required Skills**

- GraphQL (schema‑first, subscriptions, caching)
- State management: React Query, Redux Toolkit
