Job Description
Job title: Talent and Recruiting Project Manager Role Summary: Lead the Talent Management and Recruiting workstreams of a multi‑year Oracle HCM implementation. Drive project planning, documentation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and end‑to‑end delivery for global teams while ensuring alignment with core HR, compensation, and change management functions. Expectations: • Deliver the Talent and Recruiting modules on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, manage dependencies and escalations, and maintain executive‑level visibility. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure robust process documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Talent Management and Recruiting workstreams; maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage risks. - Facilitate process mapping and future‑state design sessions to align requirements with Oracle HCM. - Collaborate with Core HR, Compensation, and Change Management teams to manage interdependencies and address escalations. - Develop communication materials and stakeholder engagement plans for global coordination. - Monitor performance indicators and project metrics; identify improvement opportunities. - Support testing, validation, and go‑live readiness for Talent and Recruiting modules. Required Skills: - Project management experience (5+ years) in HR or transformation projects, preferably at global scale. - Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams. - Knowledge of Talent and Recruiting processes, best practices, and terminology. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project). - Familiarity with HR technology implementations (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS platforms). - Strong stakeholder management, executive reporting, and communication skills. - Organizational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to influence diverse teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) a plus.

Drives alignment between business strategy and portfolio delivery, enhances PMO maturity, and ensures adherence to Agile delivery practices. Expectations: Deliver structured intake processes, prioritize initiatives against strategic objectives and capacity, maintain governance frameworks, build program roadmaps, provide executive reporting, and lead continuous improvement of PMO processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead intake and prioritization of technology initiatives, ensuring strategic fit and resource alignment. • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for portfolio visibility, accountability, and consistency. • Develop, update, and track program roadmaps, dependencies, and sequencing to maximize value. • Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to refine evaluation criteria, business cases, ROI, and resourcing feasibility. • Facilitate portfolio reviews with senior leadership to drive decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and risk mitigation. • Oversee execution of approved projects, enforcing governance standards, Agile practices, and success metrics. • Champion PMO maturity evolution by implementing tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms. • Drive continuous improvement of intake, tracking, and delivery processes for efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. • Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite and technology leaders, providing data‑driven insights on project health, portfolio performance, and capacity utilization. • Lead change management and communication to promote adoption of governance, tools, and best practices across global teams. Required Skills: • 8+ years program/project management in technology, software engineering, or digital transformation. • Proven experience in governance, intake management, and prioritization frameworks at enterprise level. • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud environments. • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and portfolio management tools. • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe certification highly desirable.
