**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Lead technical delivery on ServiceNow implementation projects for a banking client, guiding teams through Agile workshops, solution design, UI and workflow configuration, reporting, and integration. Act as the subject‑matter expert, ensuring high‑quality, timely deliverables while embodying best practices and standards across the ServiceNow platform.
**Expactations:**
* Deliver robust ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, Service Catalog, and IRM/GRC modules within agile, cross‑functional teams.
* Serve as a trusted consultant, providing informed options, risk assessments, and business‑technical alignment for critical decisions.
* Uphold continuous certification maintenance and proactive learning in ServiceNow development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead technical implementation teams, support testers, and drive workshops to capture user stories, epics, and features.
2. Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including UI forms, lists, dashboards, workflows, and report configurations (Performance Analytics).
3. Build and configure IRM/GRC components: Risk, Compliance, TPRM, and Security Incident Response.
4. Execute discovery methods (SCCM, IP, Service Mapping, Cloud, Pattern‑Based) and manage data modeling (CSDM, tables, fields).
5. Develop scripts (Business Rules, ACLs, Glide, Ajax, Jelly) and portal assets (Widgets, client/server scripts).
6. Interface with ServiceNow product teams and integrate using SOAP, REST, XML.
7. Create technical deliverables, maintain quality standards, and ensure on‑time delivery.
8. Mentor junior staff, share best practices, and contribute to technical guidelines.
**Required Skills:**
* 2 + years of ServiceNow implementation experience, including IRM (GRC) and major ITSM/CMDB modules.
* Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban frameworks.
* Hands‑on ServiceNow technical consulting and client‑facing experience.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, workflow, and integration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
* Ability to influence technical decisions and manage change effectively.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
* Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
* Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS‑Risk) and Certified Implementation Specialist – Third‑Party Risk Management (CIS‑TPRM).
* Certified Application Developer (CAD).
* SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master certifications (preferred).
