Functional Consultant – Information System
**Role Summary**
Senior functional consultant responsible for leading enterprise IT and financial transformation projects, focusing on ERP implementation, cloud migration, and financial system modernization. Provides strategic guidance, portfolio management, and risk governance to align technology initiatives with business objectives and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute long‑term IT and financial transformation strategies aligned with corporate goals.
2. Lead portfolio, program, and project management for enterprise initiatives, including legacy system transformation, ERP implementation, and cloud migration (Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, Azure, AWS).
3. Drive business process re‑engineering to optimize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve financial performance.
4. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for technology investment portfolios.
5. Implement advanced financial systems supporting IFRS, consolidated reporting, and multi‑currency operations.
6. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, vendors, and partners; negotiate value‑based technology contracts.
7. Champion risk, compliance, and data governance frameworks; ensure audit readiness and information security.
8. Coach and grow emerging leaders within the organization, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic and visionary leadership in IT and finance.
- Proven expertise in ERP (Oracle, PeopleSoft), cloud migration (Azure, AWS), and financial system modernization.
- Portfolio management, financial planning, and governance experience.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making, analytics, and business intelligence proficiency.
- Stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence at C‑suite level.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (AAOIFI, IFSB, IFRS) and risk management.
- Team building, coaching, and inclusive leadership.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as ERP (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP Certified), cloud (Azure, AWS), or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
