**Job Title:** Salesforce Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, own, and optimize end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions spanning Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Lead technical architecture for product or sustainment delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across the platform.
**Expectations:**
- 12+ years of hands‑on Salesforce architecture experience.
- US Citizenship required (contract position).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cloud‑based solutions at enterprise scale.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and document comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration flows, and security frameworks.
- Own solution design throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑go‑live support.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce code as required.
- Design and execute data migration and schema optimization strategies.
- Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, and external services.
- Implement and enforce security architecture: authentication/authorization, role hierarchies, sharing rules, OAuth flows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Validate solution performance, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom development.
- Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative Salesforce tools.
- Data modeling, schema design, data migration techniques.
- Integration patterns: REST, SOAP, platform events, middleware, external services.
- Security architecture: authentication/authorization, role hierarchies, sharing rules, OAuth.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent high‑level architecture certifications (e.g., Application, Solution Architect).
- Proven professional experience exceeding 12 years in Salesforce architecture roles.
