Job title: Cybersecurity Culture and Awareness Analyst Role Summary: Design, deliver, and continuously improve cybersecurity awareness initiatives across an organization, ensuring employees understand, identify, and respond to cyber threats. Expections: - Foster a cyber‑aware culture with measurable engagement and compliance. - Align training and communications with regulatory and industry standards. - Implement simulations and assessments to validate employee readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop role‑specific training curricula using LMS and e‑learning tools. - Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance to integrate policies (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001). - Create and publish newsletters, blogs, hub content, and social‑engineering simulations. - Analyze simulation outcomes, apply consequence management, and refine programs. - Identify high‑risk audiences, tailor communications, and drive targeted interventions. - Coordinate annual policy reviews, updates, and release cycles. - Evaluate and maintain relationships with external training vendors. - Monitor emerging technologies (AI, deepfake) to enhance training effectiveness. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years leading cybersecurity training/awareness programs. - Expertise in phishing simulation platforms and human‑risk management. - Proficient in LMS administration, instructional design, and e‑learning authoring. - Strong written and verbal communication; presentation and interpersonal aptitude. - Knowledge of AI/ML tools for interactive content creation. - Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and collaborative team orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or relevant training‑design credentials are desirable.
