**Job Title:** IT Systems Administrator – Master Data Management (MDM) **Role Summary:** Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and security of enterprise MDM platforms and associated infrastructure. Handles system administration, patching, vulnerability remediation, application deployments, and incident response across Linux and Oracle Exadata environments. **Expectations:** - Ensure high availability and performance of MDM systems. - Maintain compliance with security and SLA requirements. - Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to resolve production issues. - Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and support enterprise MDM platforms (including Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter). - Manage scheduled maintenance, patch cycles, and vulnerability remediation for ~30 servers. - Deploy applications and conduct post‑release validation. - Troubleshoot incidents across MDM, PowerCenter, and Java API layers. - Operate and maintain Linux servers and Oracle Exadata environments. - Execute annual disaster recovery exercises and support SLA adherence. - Work with development teams to diagnose and fix production problems. **Required Skills:** - Strong systems administration experience with MDM platforms. - Proficiency in Linux system administration. - Hands‑on experience with Ansible automation for enterprise deployments. - Expertise in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. - Familiarity with Oracle Exadata, .NET, and SQL Server environments (preferred). - Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and cloud‑based MDM solutions (nice to have). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, ITIL, Ansible Automation, or vendor‑specific MDM certifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
