Job Description

Job title: Flutter Developer Role Summary: Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter for the banking and insurance domain. Ensure application stability, performance, and security while collaborating closely with Product teams and scaling the solution to meet enterprise needs. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready Flutter code that adheres to best practices. - Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment. - Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and test new mobile features in Flutter. - Integrate with APIs (Shopify, RESTful services) and databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase). - Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise, Heroku, and AWS services. - Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain technical documentation. - Monitor application performance, implement logging & alerting, and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Backend, DevOps) to scale services. Required Skills: - 2–5 years professional experience with Flutter/Dart mobile development. - Proficiency in TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku). - Experience with CI/CD tooling (Bitrise, BitBucket/Jenkins, Git). - Strong knowledge of API integration, authentication, and data security best practices. - Familiarity with DevOps concepts, automated testing, monitoring, and logging frameworks. - Ability to work in Agile or Linear sprint environments. - Excellent communication and mentorship abilities. - Background in banking or insurance software development preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or related field. - No mandatory certifications; relevant professional credentials are a plus.
